Our townhome offers a luxury space for the whole family to relax and recharge! We are located in a wonderful resort with tons of amenities. This townhome is right across the street from the main clubhouse and amenities. Each bedroom has its own full on-suite bathroom. We have a brand new 65 in smart tv to enjoy family movies after a relaxing in your own private splash pool!
We have a jogging style stroller, pack n play, gate, and high chair, so you can pack lite! We are 5 miles to Disney!

COVID 19 update! We take the cleanliness and sanitation of our home seriously. We have created a new cleaning and sanitation protocol following recommendation from AirBnB. You will be required to provide your e-mail upon booking and e-sign a rental agreement upon booking.

Our home is 5 miles from Disney! You can be home from Disney and in your private splash pool in the time it would take you to get from the park to your on-site hotel. Read our reviews!

We have updated high speed internet for those needing to work or do school.

It sleeps 8 people comfortably, (4 adults and 4 kids or 6 adults ) we have 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom, one King size room , one Queen size, and the third bedroom with a twin bed and a Bunk bed ( Nemo and Dory themed room for the children to enjoy ! ). The house also has a pack and play (great substitute for a crib/ Cot . Each room has its own tv with cable.

All rooms have been updated. The main living area boasts a BRAND NEW 60 in wall mounted flat screen smart tv. Brand new COUCHES, DINING TABLE and 3 barstools.
The kitchen is fully equipped too, with Brand new Appliances ! Dishwasher, microwave, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and waste disposal. All towels and linens and towels are supplied for your stay in all our homes, with kitchen utensils and crockery provided too.

Sliding patio doors from the living area lead onto a small patio where you will find an enclosed splash pool, one of the best features of a Windsor Hills Townhome. This is 12 feet square and has a jacuzzi like jets which makes it feel like a spa, a feature that has been extremely popular with our guests.

You will have full access to all of the amenities in The Windsor Hills Community.

Our resort is located less than 10 minutes from Disney World, just one mile from the attraction-packed HWY 192, about 2.5 miles from the I-4, and 10 minutes from Celebration, Florida, the community designed and built by Disney.
There are plenty of shopping options and restaurants close by too.
Resort Market: Come on over to the market in the clubhouse where you can buy basic grocery items for your stay. Open 7 days a week, the hours of operations change seasonally. Summer Hours are 8:30AM – 8:30PM, Winter Hours are 8:30AM – 8:30 PM. Enjoy fresh sandwiches, wraps, salads, assorted beverages, beer, wine, newspapers, and fun pool items.
5 miles from the ESPN World of Sports Convention Center. Walmart right on the corner.

Orlando and Kissimmee are well known for its theme parks, water parks, shopping malls and dining.
Walt Disney World is the main attraction in Central Florida. A magical place where storybook fantasy becomes everyday reality, there are many theme parks to explore, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.
For more fun and laughter involving water rides, you can also visit Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.
Not forgetting those of you who want to sample a bit of the nightlife, there is also Downtown Disney ( Disney Springs) , which features a wide range of restaurants, souvenir stores, comedy clubs and nightclubs.
Just down the road you can visit Universal Studios and experience the glamour of Hollywood movies first hand!
For those of you who are a bit more daring, hop over to Universal Islands of Adventure to sample the world's most thrilling rollercoasters.
There are many other theme parks to visit in Florida, including Busch Gardens and Sea World, where you can rub shoulders with our many friends from the ocean.
One cannot visit Orlando without taking advantage of the host of popular shopping malls in the area, including the Florida Mall, Millenia Mall and Orlando Premium Outlets.

Our home is self-catering. There are no food items left in the home. We offer a starter amount of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and soap. You will need to purchase or bring what you need.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
