Amazing views! Beautiful FINISHED TOTALLY REMODELED Ocean front Condo! Perfect Social distancing Gateway ! We have a DIRECT GULF FRONT VIEW! We often see dolphins right in front of us! We have reserved parking. Sleeps 6: 1 king, twin bunk beds, 1 full size sleeper sofa. No detail was left out when remodeling! The sunset views are absolutely stunning! The resort has one of the best resort style pools in Panama City Beach.

We have a 70in smart tv in the living room, as well as a smart tv in the master bedroom. Complementary wifi, stainless steel appliances, blender, single serve / drip style coffee pots, fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We are right next door to Pineapple Willy's. Wal-Mart is also within walking distance. Shores of Panama Resort has some amazing amenities- a resort style pool, tiki bar, and cafe on-site.
There is a $65 resort fee included in our cleaning fees - that way you will not be required to check in - just go straight to your condo!
We also provide a wagon, beach chairs, and an umbrella for our guests!

We have a reserved parking spot on the 8th floor. You will have to check in at security then head to your reserved parking. I will send you a map with all the details.

We are available via Airbnb or text anytime. We also speak Spanish and Portuguese.

We do not have check in on Saturdays. Please message us if you have any questions.
We do have a door bell camera.
Minimum age of 25 required to book. (We require all singles in the group to be 25) message with questions.
No Parties Allowed
NO SMOKING in the condo, by the front door or on the balcony. If any smoke smell is in the condo, you will be required to pay a $500 cleaning fee.
You will be required to send me your email and sign an agreement form.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
